Sherbrooke · Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, roofing, concrete and flooring, masonry, excavation

The quote goes out Thursday. He said yes to the other guy Tuesday.

I find where the work is slipping away and I install what holds onto it. Without hiring anyone.

Installed by me, a guy from Sherbrooke. Not a platform.

Text received · 4:40 PM called about 412 rue Galt, garage slab 22x24, polished finish, there's a drain in the middle and the old concrete has to be sawed out. they want it before the snow

Example. Yours goes out in your format, at your prices, on your terms.
Try it on a real job ↗

The jobs you lose, you rarely lose on price. You lose them to a faster answer.

You'll recognize yourself in at least two of these.

  • Quotes get written at night, at the kitchen table, after twelve hours outside.
  • The form on the website gets a call back the next day. The competitor called back in ten minutes.
  • A missed call at 2 PM. Nobody knows who it was. The customer already called the next name on his list.
  • Three hundred customers invoiced over five years. Not one has heard from you since.
  • Eleven Google reviews, three and a half stars. You know exactly what that costs you.
  • The quote went out. He said he'd get back to you. He never did, and you didn't have time to chase him.

These leaks make no noise. That's why they last.

Three steps. You can stop after any one of them.

The call

15 minutes · free · by phone, I call you

You tell me about the business. I look for the biggest leak and we put a number on it together. You owe me nothing after.

The diagnostic

90 minutes · on video · $1,500 CAD

I go through the whole business and I put a number on every leak. You walk away with a document that is yours: keep it, hand it to me, or hand it to somebody else. If we go ahead together within 30 days, the $1,500 comes off the first install in full.

The install

one fix at a time · price set after the diagnostic

We install what pays back fastest first. The small fixes are running in two weeks. Automatic quoting takes six. You see the first one working before we talk about the next.

One lost quote a week, at your average job size, comes to what over a year? That's the first thing we work out together, with your numbers.

Emeric Plouffe, from Sherbrooke.

I'm Emeric Plouffe. I'm from Sherbrooke. You deal with me, from the first call to the finished install, and I'm the one who answers after.

I work in French and English, remotely. I'm on the phone from 9 AM to 2 PM, Quebec time. Outside that, leave a message at 819 803-2979 and I call back the same day.

I don't do ads, websites, or search rankings. I handle what comes after: the request that comes in, the quote that goes out, the customer who comes back.

What I install.

You don't take the list. You take the line the diagnostic costed highest.

What brings work in

  • Same-day quotes. The note from the site comes in, the quote comes out written and priced at your rates. You check it, you send it.
  • Answers to new requests. A request comes in, it gets an answer in minutes, not tomorrow.
  • Follow-up on quotes that went quiet. Every quote that went out and got no answer is followed up on day 2, 5 and 12. You see which ones move.

What keeps the ones you have

  • Past customers brought back. Everyone you've already invoiced hears from you again, with a real reason. The ones ready to buy again will tell you.
  • Google reviews. Every happy customer gets asked once, while the work is still fresh. Volume fixes the average on its own.
  • Appointment reminders. Appointments confirmed the day before. Fewer closed doors and wasted trips.

What covers you when nobody can answer

  • Automatic text on a missed call. The phone rings out while you're on a roof. A text goes out on its own. Nobody gets lost.
  • Evening and weekend calls. Taken and sorted. What's urgent reaches you, the rest waits for you at 7 AM.

This is for you if

  • you own the business and you still run it yourself
  • you have between three and forty employees
  • you quote every week
  • you want work coming in faster without hiring somebody else to answer the phone

This isn't for you if

  • you're looking for the cheapest
  • you want an app to learn
  • you're on your own or there's two of you; it's too early, come back when you're three

Three businesses in the Eastern Townships.

Until September 30, 2026, or until the third one, whichever comes first. In exchange for a case study with your real numbers. The rest we discuss on the phone, not here.

Questions I get

I already have Maestro, Jobber, or quoting software.

Good, we plug into it. I don't replace what works. I fill the holes around it: the delay, the follow-up, the reminder.

Is this going to replace the person in the office?

No. It does what nobody has time to do at 4:40 on a Thursday. She keeps her job and her evenings.

I'm not good with computers.

You have nothing to learn. It runs on its own, and I'm there when it doesn't.

What does it cost?

The call costs nothing. The diagnostic is $1,500 CAD and it comes off the first install. Each install has its own price, set after the diagnostic, and you take one at a time. There's an install price, then a small monthly amount so it keeps running and I stay on the other end of the phone.

Why isn't the diagnostic free?

Because it's worth something even if you never hire me, and because I actually do the work. What's free is the fifteen minutes, and that's where we decide whether it's worth going further.

Do you do marketing, websites?

No. No ads, no websites, no search rankings. If you have an agency, keep them. I handle what comes after their work.

What is this, exactly?

Automation and AI wired into what you already have. You don't need to know what's inside it. You need the quote to go out and the phone to get answered.

Fifteen minutes on your business. I call you.
