Guarantee terms
A net-new booking means a new appointment booked through the Horizonmark voice agent from a caller who was not already a scheduled or confirmed patient, during the first 30 days after your agent goes live. If Horizonmark does not deliver at least 5 net-new bookings in that period, you pay no monthly service fee for that month. Eligibility requires forwarding all missed and after-hours calls to the agent, providing accurate booking availability, and completing the one-time setup. Results vary by clinic, call volume, and market. Five bookings is the guaranteed minimum, not a typical or expected result, and your actual results depend on your call volume. Full terms are set out in the Services Agreement you sign before service begins.
